Do I have to log in?

No. Core logging, the sleepy window, reminders, and the doctor report work without an account. We will not block the Today screen behind a login wall.

When sign-in will appear

Only if you want something that must follow you off this phone: family sync, restoring Plus after a new install, or multi-device backup.

Which methods

When we ship cloud accounts: Sign in with Apple (required on iOS if any social login is offered), Google (Android and web), and email magic link. We will not require a password you have to store. We will not use Facebook login.

Today

This build has no cloud account. Protect the device with the optional app lock PIN. Keep a JSON export if you change phones.
